If you don’t have an infection or any of the above conditions, you can soak your foot in room-temperature water (add Epsom’s salt if you wish), and gently massage the side of the nail fold to help reduce the inflammation. How do you fix a extremly ingrown toenail without surgary?
It depends on what stage your toenail is at...

When that happened to me, i very simply tried alto of things.

The best things to try is get a pair of very good toenail clippers.

Be sure that it is a skinny built one, so it gets under your nail good.

then you may have to ct your toenail a little shorter than usual, but then, get a cuticle pushes and use the pointy end of it to dig under your toenail.

This may cause a little pain, but mine were terrible, and it is worth it.

Try to pry it out a little with the cu tile pusher.

If that still doesn't work, consider ma bey a spa pedicure.

usually they can get those out.

If you need anything else, just ask.

Hope this works!
