Where do i go to get an ingrown toenail removed?

I have a REALLY bad ingrown toenail that I can't remove myself. Do i just go to the hospital ER and they'll fix me up? I don't have insurance, just state medical benefits, and I know the hospital takes that, but not any specialty foot doctors? So where do i have to go or call?Where do i go to get an ingrown toenail removed?
yes,go to emergency.a surgeon can do that:freeze the toe, and cut out the toenail.I'm warning you:you will have to lie down with foot up on a pillow(i had some surgery on my foot)

next day it was throbbing bad!walking is hard.

but, they will take care of it at ER.Where do i go to get an ingrown toenail removed?
you are both idiots. if you have an ingrown toe nail, it is not an emergency. go to your primary dr. i work in an er, and i can tell you that the only thing you will recieve for sure, is ridicule and distain from the staff. take some advil, elevate your foot, and suck it up. candy asses

I have had this done twice.

Yes, go to the ER and make sure you get pain killers and an antibiotic. Your toe will throb the day after but then it will get better.
